Respected Sir,

First of all many thanks for your reply by an email dated 20 April, 2012 in reference of my message over environmental damages. http://bit.ly/F8RMPa.

Also, I was very glad to see you on the occasion of Republic Day of India on 26 Jan, 2015 with our Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.

"We have lost chance or last chance to accept our mistakes, we lost everything when lost water. We missed to Study some more factors for Groundwater Depletion. Un-pumped Lost Groundwater is still not estimated in the study of Groundwater Depletion, which is lost due to Intra-Bore well flow. Deeper Multi-Aquifer Tube Wells are Responsible for Groundwater Depletion & Global Warming. ‘Groundwater Depletion’, ‘Melting of Glaciers’ are massive displacement of Huge Masses from land to Sea."

"Due to uncontrolled deeper Muli-Aquifer Tube wells, impermeable rock layers got damaged by billions of hole in Ground, consequently there is an Intra-Bore Well Flow of Groundwater between two Aquifers, resulting “Groundwater Depletion”, the water which we lost without pumping. After Depletion we have lack of Evaporation from Land to have insufficient vapours in the atmosphere to abstract the Solar Radiation, which heats up the Land, that is transferred in the atmosphere to melt the Glaciers."

In last 4-6 years, I observed that we have massive displacement of seasons upto 2 months in other words The Rains, The Winters & The Summers are starting and ending at the delay of at least 2 months.

I wrote the similar letter then to the authorities of my Nation in 2012, but due to Political Standards of previous Government of my country none of them even respondent my concern in the context of environmental damages and its remedial measures.

I read your message many times and came to know the work is being done by your Government and also you have passed relevant act, but those measures are not much sufficient only in a small part of the world under your powers.

It's a question of "Shifting of the Seasons", not a Subject of International Debates & Seminars indeed. We can guess what to do with the Problems and the heading consequences that I can imagine since a very long time.

I noticed that once upon a time "Global Warming" was the major Problem of the World but it is now secondary due to the adjustment of the "Center of Mass" of the planet by the Mass Movements of the huge volume, that is the Disappearing of Ground Water & Melting Glaciers into the Sea previously.

Now, we have Major issues of "Shifting of Seasons" with a forwarded by Two Months gradually since last few years and it is increasing every year. One day we will be having Winters in Summers, Summers in Rainy Season and Rains in Winters. Hence, our planet Mother Earth is being adjusting our Cruel Mistakes herself.

I request you that you should perform over this task profoundly with the co-operation of other Nations, intimating the anti-environment and anti-human forces to keep aside their aspirations for this Planet or would be eliminated strictly for the concern of our mother earth.

This year I noted that due to the enormous margin of "Shifting of the Seasons" the nursery of the crop was destroyed at large due to deceiving weather and it's unsuitable temperatures as per their schedules.

Therefore, I hope that I have tried my best to keep my view in minimum possible words to understand them at large. There is always a solutions if we are ready to accept the root causes of the problems, else none of the options will work.

1- Provide the information which justifies that Japan tsunami 2011 earthquake moved Japan coast 8 feet that shifted Earth's axis and Chilean Earthquake shifted Earth's axis 3 inches; what may be the scientific causes is responsible for the shifting of the Axis.

02- Provide the information which justifies scientifically that Earthquakes are displacement/collapse of upper Ground Plates towards Gravity of the Earth; that may or may not make any difference in the dislocation of 'Center of Mass' of the Earth.

Provide the information that, the justified three factors - "Groundwater Depletion", "Melting of Glaciers" and "Rising Sea Level" are the massive displacement of Huge Masses from land to Sea. These movements/changes occurring on the rotating surface of Earth around the Axis at the extreme ends of the rotation at the speed of 1674.4 km/h. Give specific comments that clarify, elaborating the topic that such changes may or may not affect the location of "Center of Mass" of the Earth that may responsible to imbalance the Earth, as it happens in point 1) – resulting the wobbling of the Planet.

Provide the information which justify that if the “Center of Mass” of Earth is dislocated by the means of Earthquakes; due to what Earth Axis had shifted according point 1) and Earth may be wobbling around the axis. If it really wobbles then what may be the future impact in FOIA-02 in respect of point 3) when the "Groundwater Depletion", "Melting of Glaciers" and "Rise in Sea water Level" will someday reach at the alarming state up to the Threshold of barrier to shift the Axis of Rotation. Provide the scientific comments on this.

Provide a Hypothetical image of the Planet Earth with Geological Structure of hard surface with actual depth of Sea in the absence of Sea Water and estimate the new location of Center of Mass of the Earth to compare with  present Center of Mass of Earth and its position after rising of the Sea water level over the 70% of the Sea part.

As we studied that earthquakes occur anywhere in the earth where there is sufficient stored elastic strain energy to drive fracture propagation along a fault plane. We can say this elastic strain energy activated more effectively due to “Dislocation of Center of Mass” by the means of point 3); hence probability of Earthquakes increases. These sudden Earthquakes further bring more changes in the “Dislocation of Center of Mass” of Rotating Earth. Provide the information to understand this very minute extract of the concept – in favour of it or against of it.

Elaborating the point 6) we can say that 'Earthquakes' occurs due to "Dislocation of Center of Mass"; and the "Dislocated Center of Mass" may cause more elastic strain energy to drive fracture propagation along a fault plane as bigger Earthquakes - both are relative situation to each other needs scientific elaboration to understand, which is an adjustment to maintain a uniformity in the Center of Gravity and Center of Mass; just to balance/prevent the wobbling of the Earth around the „Axis of Rotation‟; provide the information which justifies that it may be correct or not so.

Provide the information which clarifies that the Magnetic Poles and the Axis of the Earth are independent factors or not. If they are independent of each other then what may shift either Magnetic Poles or Axis of Rotation?

How much the level of Sea has already risen above the normal level in various seas around the world? What is the rate of Rising of Sea water level per year? Is there any drastic increase in the rate of Rising the Sea level in last few years?

Provide the details of zones/states/countries around the world those are severely affected by Groundwater Depletion and declared under Dark Zones.

In my previous reporting to the Government of INDIA and Government of Rajasthan, it was mentioned that the Dark Zones in Northern India cannot be replenished instead of splendid rainfall during the monsoon session of 2010, due to "Multi-Aquifer" tube well/bore well; have the potential to allow large quantities of flow of water between the aquifers that is Intra-bore well flow. (After Ref:- American Geophysical Union, Fall Meeting 2009, abstract #H11A-0784). Provide the scientific view with appropriate information that justifies the concept.

The conclusive study according to the above point 12) the Groundwater Depletion begun in a zone just after the drilling of the Multi-Aquifers bore holes and the Depletion of Water initializes just after making of "Deeper Multi-Aquifer Tube wells" where we have dry lower aquifers; in compression of the immense pumping of groundwater for various proposes. In other words deeper drilling of the ground created "Multi-Aquifer" bore wells/tube wells; by which the confining bed/aquitard/impermeable rock layers got damaged/punctured, consequently the unlimited ground water goes on continuously flows from higher aquifer to the lower aquifers and lower aquifer to upper aquifers thorough the millions of holes of deeper "Multi-Aquifer" Tube Wells. Kindly provide us comments, which could explain scientifically what the actual situation is?
